Deep Cleaning

All first time customers must receive a deep clean service. This is necessary to bring the home to a baseline cleanliness to better be maintained going forward.

This service includes:

Top to Bottom Damp Cloth Wash/Scrub + Feather Dusting done in all rooms – these surfaces are dusted and cleaned consistently in all rooms of the house where available

• Picture frames
• Tables, Desks, Shelve Scrub or Damp Cloth
• Window Sill Scrub
• Feather Dust Blinds
• Door Scrub
• Baseboard Scrub

Bedroom

• Bed Making (change linens if provided)
• Remove Dishes/Trash
• Vacuum + Mop

Bathroom  

• Tub/Shower (shower curtain not included)
• Toilet
• Sink/Vanity
• Remove Trash
• Vacuum + Mop

Kitchen

• Oven/Stove Exterior
• Microwave interior & exterior
• Countertop (clean and disinfect)
• Cabinet (exterior only) Scrub/De-grease
• Sink
• Stainless Steel Polish
• Remove Trash
• Vacuum + Mop

Reoccurring Service

This service is available to any reoccurring clients, following their first deep clean, on a weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly schedule.

This service includes:

These services can be added to any cleaning for an additional cost

• Oven Interior Cleaning
• Refrigerator Interior Cleaning
• Wash Dishes/Load Dishwasher (up to one sink full of – or one dishwasher load worth.)

Move in/Move out Service – This includes everything in a deep clean plus interior oven, interior refrigerator, interior closets, and all cabinet interiors throughout house.

Services That Are not Provided

• Laundry
• Cleaning of bio-hazardous material such as: blood, urine, feces, vomit or bile from both humans and pets
• Washing of shutter blinds, beyond dusting
• Wall washing and removal of marks from but not limited to: food, crayon/marker, high traffic hand prints, smoke, etc.
• Cleaning surfaces that cannot be reached with a two-step ladder, or dusted with a 6′ telescopic duster
• Excessive dishes (more than one sink full, or one dishwasher load)
• Cleaning toilet interiors without a provided toilet brush
• Washing shower curtains and non-slip bath mats
• Trash removal in excess (more than one 20 gallon kitchen trash-bag of garbage.)
